Policies

No call no show, and appointment change

All services are appointment only and must be held with a card on file. Need to change an appointment or cancel? I kindly ask for a 48 hour notice. There will be no charge if given the 48hr notice, less then 24 hour notice is 50% charge of your service price, and no call no show/same day cancel is full payment charge. New services can’t be booked until this matter is resolved with correct payment.

Late policy

I know things can get wild sometimes, totally understand! 

  • As soon as you know you will be late please send a quick message letting me know! 

  • Any appointment that is 20mins+ late will have to be rescheduled.

  • No shows/last-minute appointments changes affects my daily schedule. Please respect my time as I respect your time, and if the appointment needs to be changed just give appropriate timing.

Luxury color/cut adjustments

My ultimate goal is that you are obsessed with your hair! If for any reason you are not in love please contact me within 1 week of your original service, and I will gladly rebook for an alteration as soon as one is available.

Refunds/non-refundable Retainers

There is no refunds to be given at Golden October Studio. If Unhappy please refer to (luxury color/cut adjustments). Non- refundable Retainers are mainly given for hand-tied extension services! This retainer is non refundable as it holds your appointment time and goes toward your luxury extension appt.

Children Policy

My studio is a very fast paced-professional area. Many hot tools, cords, sharp objects, etc... are always around and is not the space for the little ones! I’m working in a small area to start with and would ask kindly that you find other accommodations for them.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will I be in your chair?

Each of my luxury Color packages is a 3 hour appointment time. This includes a consult, or recap if we have already had one, services, and some time left at the end for photos.

Do I need child care?

Yes, the studio is a small place with lots of items that aren’t child friendly. I would appreciate it if you could find other accommodations for the littles.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes I take all major credit cards. Although retainer fees must be paid with check, or cash.

If I have box colored hair, can I still get my hair done with you!?

It depends, I would like to schedule a consult first to see what we are dealing with and we can get to that step by you filling out the appointment form.
